Santa Rosalia is a private gated resort, with a main access entrance and 24 hours security. The resort is designed around an impressive 126.000m2 green area.

Also in the central area is the jewel of the resort, a crystal-clear artificial lake of almost 17.000m2 of water surface, surrounded by white sandy beaches and palm trees, bringing a piece of the Caribbean to the Murcia Region.

Zen Sakura is a modern contemporary and sustainable design villa, built to a high standard of quality and comfort, using the latest technologies and high-quality materials, to provide these properties with a  Class A Energy Performance Certificate. These sustainable construction standards sharply reduce the energy consumption and carbon emission of these villas. An EIFS (External Insulation Finish System) combined with renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic solar panels and aerothermal systems to provide hot water and air conditioning help to reduce energy consumption and to lower CO2 emissions. A double-flow mechanical ventilation system, with air filter and heat exchanger, provides a regular flow of clean air inside the property while the heat exchanger avoids any energy losses in the process of renovating the air.
